The one thing that we liked about the swimming pools at Nkasiri Adventure Park was that they had both the shallow end and deep end which implies they could accommodate both amateur and professional swimmers. The size of the pools was also perfect as they were almost half the size of an Olympic pool whereby several people can swim without bumping into each other. Personally, I liked the fact that the pools were cleanly maintained with clear waters which I could say it’s the only place in Kajiado county that you can get such waters. The surrounding natural tress and silent environment just claims your souls slowly as its the most peaceful place I have ever been to while swimming.

I almost forgot that the pools are family friendly as they are divided into sections where children and adults with lifeguards are always swimming around to ensure the safety of the children as they have fun. I remember that day Jamie one of my friends didn’t like going into the pool hence he opted to chill by the pool loungers while sipping on a freshly squeezed mango juice.

From what I experienced at Nkasiri, these pods can be very suitable for two people with a separate twin bed or two people sharing a bed. The sun pods are spacious and can accommodate a maximum of three people with an additional bed and beddings which will come at an extra cost.
The star pods are medium in size and have a kingsize pallet bed and washroom fixed inside. It is suitable for 2 people sharing a double bed or just a single person in a single room. Moon pods are modern glamping wooden tents fitted with a queen size mattress. They are not ensuite as the washrooms are located just outside. Which is suitable for a glamorous camping experience.
