3 Hours Before Flight Time
Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, you will be met and assisted by our representative. After immigration and baggage clearance, transfer to your hotel in Amman for check-in. Enjoy a welcome dinner and overnight stay in the capital city.
After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Amman. Visit the Citadel, the Roman Amphitheatre, and explore the bustling downtown markets. Later, drive to the ancient city of Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in the world. Wander through colonnaded streets, amphitheaters, and temples before returning to Amman for dinner and overnight.
Today’s journey begins with a visit to Madaba, famous for its Byzantine mosaics, particularly the 6th-century map of the Holy Land. Continue to Mount Nebo, where Moses is believed to have viewed the Promised Land. Afterward, proceed to the breathtaking desert landscapes of Wadi Rum. Check into your desert camp, enjoy a camel ride, and marvel at the sunset over the sand dunes before a traditional dinner under the stars. Overnight in Wadi Rum.
Wake up to the serenity of the desert and enjoy breakfast at camp. This morning includes an exhilarating 2-hour Jeep ride across Wadi Rum’s dramatic rock formations and red sands. Later, travel to the ancient Nabatean city of Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. In the evening, check in to your hotel near Petra and enjoy dinner.
Spend the day exploring Petra, the rose-red city carved out of sandstone cliffs. Walk through the famous Siq, a narrow gorge, to behold the Treasury. Visit the Roman Theater, Royal Tombs, and climb up to the Monastery for stunning views. Return to your hotel in Petra for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, head south to Aqaba on the Red Sea coast. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure by the beach or explore the city’s local markets. Optional activities include snorkeling, diving, or a glass-bottom boat ride to discover the coral reefs. Dinner and overnight in Aqaba.
Depart Aqaba and travel north towards the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. Experience floating effortlessly on the salty waters and enjoy the natural therapeutic benefits of the mineral-rich mud. Later, continue to Amman for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for your onward flight. This marks the end of your 8 Days / 7 Nights Jordan adventure, filled with history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes.
