Nairobi SGR terminus
1 Hour Before Departure Time
Begin your journey with an early morning SGR train ride from Nairobi to either Mombasa or Mariakani station. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by a driver for a scenic road transfer to your coastal destination Watamu, Kilifi, or Malindi known for their serene beaches, turquoise waters, and relaxed vibe. After checking in at your beach resort or boutique hotel, take the rest of the day to unwind. Enjoy a swim, relax under the palm trees, or take a sunset walk along the beach. In the evening, indulge in coastal cuisine, featuring freshly caught seafood and Swahili flavors.
Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for a day of discovery. Depending on your location, you may visit the Watamu Marine National Park for snorkeling or a glass-bottom boat tour, explore the mysterious ruins of Gede, or take a boat ride along Kilifi Creek.
