Start your journey by driving from Nairobi to Lake Elementaita, which is approximately a 2-hour drive (about 130 km) via the Naivasha route. Once you arrive, check into your chosen accommodation, whether it’s a lodge, campsite, or a resort around the lake. After settling in, enjoy the afternoon relaxing by the lakeside, taking in the stunning views of the Rift Valley. You can explore the area or take a boat ride on the lake (depending on your accommodation). In the evening, enjoy a peaceful dinner while enjoying the tranquility of the lake and the surrounding scenery. Overnight at your chosen accommodation.
After an early breakfast, spend your morning at Lake Elementaita, which is renowned for its diverse birdlife, including flamingos, pelicans, and other migratory birds.
